IT Engineer

Responsible for daily operation of company IT
Main responsibilities:
- Reporting tasks
- Keep KPIs and KQIs related to Job Position
- Develop and maintain the company IT infrastructure
- Responsible for the installation, modification, testing, servicing, backup of company IT infrastructure systems and equipment
- Operation systems and applications support
- Create and maintain documentation, maintain records on repairs, downtime, changes and updates
- Coordinate and support in solving of critical and emergency situations
- Analyze risks of company IT operation and ensure necessary steps to prevent them
- Creation and actualization of security policy for company IT and systems
- Responsible for fulfilling SLAs statements
- Provide feedback to relevant departments
- Performs other related duties as required.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT and systems operation
- Knowledge about multiplatform server HW and SW
- Ability to deliver precise solutions, sense for detail, strong analytical skills, self management, flexibility, organizational skills
- PC Skills (HW/SW): Windows, Unix OS
- Operating systems on administrative level (Linux, *nix, Windows)
- MS Active directory and MS Exchange
- Systems and application troubleshooting
- Computer and server hardware experience
- Application and systems redundancy techniques
- Internet architecture and principle
- Network architectures
- Routing and switching principle
- TCP/IP routed protocols
- LAN implementation, toubleshooting and maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, responsibility, accuracy, analytical thinking, ability to find and select effective approaches.
Preferred Skills:
- Linux, *nix, SUN experience
- Database administration
- Storage and SAN technologies
- ISP operational experience
