• Administer and maintain all assigned IT infrastructure according to prescribed guidelines and processes.
• Provide support to users for standard desktop applications such as Windows, MS Office, and system configuration related issues.
• Conduct server and desktop systems version upgrades.
• Conduct system administrative procedures on Windows, Exchange, ISA, SQL, and Terminal servers according to specified guidelines.
• Conduct system administrative procedures on 3rd party security and backup software such as those from GFI, Symantec, and Veritas.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Install and configure application software on the clients and servers.
• Create and maintain user accounts and security.
• Maintain backups in accordance with the employed backup methodology.
• Monitor security logs of all appliances and servers for security breaches.
• Administer and manage the organizations\\\’ LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPN, WLAN networks.

Profile

• Around 30 years of age.
• Team player.
• Be able to perform under minimal supervision
• Valid MCSE/MCSA/similar certifications on Windows 2003/2008 track, CCNA will be an advantage.
• Exposure to 3rd party server side applications related to security and data management such as those from GFI, Symantec, and Veritas is a must.
