Strategic Business Consultant
at CID Consulting in Cairo
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic studies, benchmarking, recommend business development/upgrading plans, and develop programs for companies in different functional areas under his/her responsibility;
- Oversee the overall delivery of consultancy services to beneficiaries, and follow-up on the implementation of the upgrading plan;
- Select and assign specialized consultants to companies according to their needs, and manage the assigned specialized consultants in their areas of specialization;
- Mentor and coach both companies' engagement teams and consultants;
- Monitor all activities related to the assigned companies, and reporting to the Project Management Unit (PMU);
- Briefing, introducing, and monitoring the performance of consultants/experts and ensuring the completion of assignments along with the required documentation;
Skills
- Management consultant with at least (10) years experience
preferably with an MBA
- Strong background in the IT/ITES sector
- Strong experience in strategic planning, business development and implementing/supervising the implementation of business upgrading programs
- Strong Project Management experience (PMP is preferable)
- Good knowledge of IT business and export development needs and activities
- Experience in mentoring and coaching top and middle management during the implementation of business development programs is preferable
- Fluency in English Language, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
