System Consultant
at Al Alamiah Technology Group in Kuwait
Responsibilities:
Coordination and dealing with government and private agencies for the preparation of manpower planning, recruitment and study the labor market.
Development of the TORs and technical specifications for information technology projects
Work of the feasibility studies for projects in the field of information technology and workforce planning
Follow-up reports to complete projects
To provide professional, comprehensive consulting services in the technical aspects of the recommendation and decision-making and corporate business.
Study and assess the needs of the public sector annual manpower and consistency with the private sector workforce.
To provide suggestions for policies and operational procedures for the Kuwaiti job market.
Coordination and integration with government agencies to analyze the education and training policies and labor market needs in different bodies
Planning and implementing employee development, career planning and succession planning programmed to meet identified needs and satisfy the organization requirements for an effective and multi-skilled workforce
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic;
IT skills, with extensive knowledge of all essential MS Office applications
Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information;
Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
Ability to analyses, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment
Ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner
Skills
Qualifications:
A university degree or higher in the related field
Masters Degree is a plus
Advanced training courses in different IT fields.
Training courses in Oracle (DB, Dev. Tools, Analysis and Design.
Advanced training courses in human resources planning and development is essential
Training courses in performance appraisal techniques and procedures.
Training courses in change management
Training courses in training needs assessment and management.
Experience:
Not less than 20 years experience in the field of information systems and related manpower planning. Experience in project management
Education
A university degree or higher in the related field, Masters Degree is a plus
