Our client, a large medical research facility based in Qatar is currently seeking a Materials Management Coordinator who will administer the asset management and inventory practices of the project. The successful candidate will also be responsible for customer relations, problem solving and monitoring materials and supply inventories using computer software.Key Responsibilities1. responsible for the management and distribution of supply inventories for the project implementation team.2. receive incoming deliveries and liaise with vendors.3. use the Oracle system to ensure all incoming deliveries are properly received.4. create and maintain the asset management database.5. in view of the developing and changing needs and opportunities within the company during the start up phase, this position may perform other duties as assigned.
Skills

Education1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.2. Combinations of Experience and education will be considered.3. Minimum of 5 years experience.
