Oracle Applications Project/Program Manager (Code: PM0410)

Profile:
Candidate will be responsible for multi project management, scope, scheduling, coordination, quality, delivery and costs relating to Oracle e-Business Suite (Versions 11i, R12) Projects. Responsible for process identification, improvements, team mentoring and best practices.
Ready and willing to work in projects located in other geographies (Arabian Gulf, Middle East & Africa).
Skills Required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Program / Project Management in Oracle e-Business Suite & related technologies
Have strong functional, cross functional team management, interpersonal, leadership & communication skills, excellent client facing and multitasking skills, preferably have PMP certification
Experience in implementing 3-large ERP end-to-end projects in the capacity of a Project Manager
Capability to lead and manage multiple projects
Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects
Understand customer requirements and ensure entire familiarity with AIM documentation
Coordinating with different internal and external units to effectively deliver Project Management duties and successful completion of project tasks Responsibilities
Manages complex hardware and software implementations to meet budget, schedule and quality goals
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment
Expected to have fluency at least in Financials or SCM based modules
Updated with technology trends, industry standards and terminologies
Participated actively in Pre-Sales (Estimation, demonstration, making POC etc.)
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Excellent Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Education Needed:
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology/Business Management, Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP)
Language Skills:
Arabic
English
