Systems Sales Representative for Advanced Customer Services
at ORACLE in Cairo
Reports to the MEA Regional Manager
Sells towards an allocated Advanced Customer Services bookings target
Works on a defined set of customer accounts and territory
Works with other Oracle Lines of Business to identify and maximize the key revenue opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory / business sector
Sell ACS services in the assigned territory
Support developing and promoting a territory-specific go-to-market model and plan in line with EMEA model
Support and advice on creating and maintaining compelling Value Propositions for Oracle ACS solutions in the designated region
Monitor the implementation of Oracle’s ACS Strategy throughout the specified region
Maintain an understanding of the market in order to identify and prioritize the key revenue opportunities
Support the manager in developing an overall Sales Plan for the ACS business
Provide input to the Business Planning (budgets) process
Develop, maintain and communicate a pipeline of future business that underwrites targets
Provide accurate and timely management information and bookings forecasts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the specified territory
Ensure all contractual agreements between Oracle and the Customer are implemented and maintained
Contribute towards Marketing program
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Research and communicate current industry trends, drivers and potential
Translate Oracle\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\‘s Strategy and Marketing Messages to the market
Create Value Propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the market
Work with appropriate people to co-ordinate sales activities in order to generate business
Produce an accurate weekly forecast and pipeline using appropriate internal systems
Build and maintain effective relationships with other Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are made available as and when required
Establish and maintain contractual agreements between Oracle and the Customers
Operate in line with Oracle\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\‘s business processes and procedures
Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations
*QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: *
Fluency in both Arabic & English language
Good Presentation Skills
Must have proven sales experience in selling services or/and integration projects or/and applications
Preferred Knowledge: Project management skills, Data Center expirience, Complex selling, etc…
Must possess relevant industry domain expertise to uncover and articulate value propositions and ROI equations that directly address customer business problems
Must possess the knowledge and depth to understand and address typical issues and questions of IT audiences
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross team-selling environment
Strong Personal Drive and Results Orientation
Good Decision Making & Negotiating skills
Strong Consultative Selling Skills
