Full-time CRM Senior Consultant

at ORACLE in Kuwait

Reports to an Applications Sales Consulting Manager.
No direct reports, but coaching and leading the team from the product perspective is expected.
Understanding of CRM business drivers and Oracle’s Customer.
Relationship Management of solutions value propositions (Oracle CRM and Siebel applications).
A broad knowledge of the Oracle’s Enterprise Applications Suite
Contributes to the achievement of the Gulf license sales target

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Actively maintaining a depth of product knowledge in the all Customer Relationship Management Solutions * Delivering all the consultative solutions selling activities i.e. Proof of Concept demo configurations and deliveries, business process discovery studies, solution mapping and presentations, RFP answers. * Contributing to team and knowledge development activities for the CRM business and Oracle Solutions. * Delivering channel training activities for the partner network * Engaging with marketing team to deliver the key messages from the solutions and industry perspective * Communicating with high-level client sponsors to deliver executive presentations * Liaising with Oracle Insight team when needed to work in solution value assessment studies to quantify the proposed value to clients and estimate ROI. * Supporting the sales team as a product focused coach to the whole team and lead development of pipeline. * Acting as a source of the market requirements to advise Oracle Product Development & Strategy teams. * Delivery of all above within the home base country and approximately up to 25% of time outside the home country within the region MEA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* In case of candidate being from IT industry background, preferably with 2+ CRM Siebel implementation experience, or 2+ years of sales consulting experience. * Understands CRM business processes ideally from Public Sector, Defense or Healthcare perspective well. * Good exposure to Siebel core modules such as Call Center, Marketing and Service. Possesses a broad understanding (functional and technical) of end-to-end solutions for the Siebel CRM Functionally and capable of describing end-to-end business processes. * Capable of providing solution creation, proposal development, scope determination * In case of candidate being from Customer Relationship Management background, preferably with an ERP experience as a user, and with 3+ years of Customer Relationship Management (not necessarily as a manager). * Self-driver and proactive, can do attitude. * Presentable, ideally with presentations delivery experience * Consistently delivers high standard customer facing quality work (in all sorts of communication, written or presentation/demo) * Dedicated, positive thinker with team spirit.
