My client, a subsidiary of a MNC based in Abu Dhabi are looking to recruit 2 Software Engineers. This role will include the following primary responsibilities:
• Software (SW) requirements’ definition and management;
• Software design using UML methodology;
• Software development (C++, Java);
• Software integration, verification and validation;
In addition, the incumbent will be engaged in the following:
• SW project planning and control;
• SW configuration management;
• SW quality control; and
• SW sub-supplier management.
Skills
• 4-8 years of practical experience in software requirements definition, design, development and testing in one or more of the following fields: real time/near real time software systems, e.g. command, control, telecommunication, surveillance, navigation systems, human computer interfaces;
• A diploma/degree/qualification from a recognized and reputable institution in computer sciences, software engineering or related field;
• Experience with military (especially naval) projects an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
