Senior Contact Center Developer
at Mobily in Saudi Arabia
- A Senior Developer oversees development & support existing and or new systems such as coding, testing, system documentation, and quality control.
- Receive escalation of the issues and to direct the development team.
- Liaison with development team leads, operations integration interfaces and other issues.
- Review Core Development & operations tasks related to integration.
- Make sure that 24X7 support is available for issues related to integration system.
- Reviewing vision, design, data model and operations document for new integration processes.
- Reviewing design document for upgrade in existing processes.
- Training of new staff for system.
- Recommending enhancements to the existing system.
Skills
- Bachelors in Engineering or computer Sciences
- Development skills related to Unix, Java, Oracle and C
- 4-5 years experience in development field
Preference for Saudi Nationals
Transferable Iqama is a must for local expatriate candidates.
